At Rockville every weekend is a great weekend!!  We spend our time with our dogs out in the field and in the ring.  Here are some of the Rockville Kidz accomplishments!

BRAGS from 062310 – 062710!!!!!

WOW WOW WOW WOW is all I can say… Did we have 4 FUN FILED DAYS of Rockville Kidz out doing their STUFF and doing it GOOD………….

I needed a Secretary this weekend to keep track of everything we did.

Wed – Vallejo Fair Splash Dogs

Buster and Leia went and showed them HOW Weims jump and swim…
Buster took 1st in Juniors jumping 10.5FT – with Dad Matt Handling
Leia took 1st in Splash jumping 8FT – with Dad Bruce Handling
Paris was at home MAD that she could not come….. and believe me she knew where Buster had been..

Fri was the SFBWC Agility Match and YES we are now sanctioned to hold a TRIAL in Feb!!! We had a BLAST and lots of Rockville Kidz out playing and having FUN. After the Match there were FUN RUNS and we were there until late, and again.. the Rockville Kidz were out there RUNNING and having FUN.

Daisy and Sandy were not only there working the Match/Fun Runs, but they ran also and did an AMAZING JOB. They had a blast, and soon to be a TEAM to beat..

Gus and Kathleen where there also RUNNING/WORKING and Gus had a WONDERFUL time.

I was there with Stormey, Aubrey and Chief, let’s say they ALL HAD FUN.

We had lot’s of Rockville/SFBWC members there helping out. It was a VERY VERY fun day.

Back in Ohio we had Melissa and Edge running agility. He took 2nd place in Standard for his TITLE!!!! WAY TO GO EDGE, and also got a 2nd leg in FAST. Did not do JWW as it was inside and HOT. Edge is now:

Sat- back to Dixon for the Sheltie Club Agility Trial

I had Stormey to run in agility and Aubrey got to come and do the Obed Match.
Stormey was first in Open Fast and had some good runs in Standard and JWW, let’s say it was MOM’s issues..

Kathleen was there with Gus and she had an AMAZING DAY.. First in Open Preferred JWW and First in Open Preferred FAST!!! Way to go Gus and Kathleen

Gill was there with Samson and Lily. This was Lily’s first time to run, and Kevin her handler ran her. She was such a good girl. She took 4th place in Standard for her FIRST LEG… Way to go Lily… She was having a GOOD TIME. I think she is going to like agility….
Samson was looking for his Mom and it was VERY VERY hot so no Q’s but he was a good boy

Sunday – Back in Ohio

Edge and his Mom earned their Novice Fast Title with a FIRST PLACE!!!! No runs in Standard or JWW due to heat so now Edge has TWO agility TITLES and he is now:

Back in Dixon .. Kathleen and Gus CLEANED up and took First in Open Fast Preferred for his OFP Title. He is NOW:

Mom and Gus were very very happy…. As they should be…. It was VERY HOT and he ran sooooooo nice…

Gill was there with here two kidz and Lily earned her first leg in JWW and a FIRST PLACE. Way to go BABY DOG…. Mom Gill was very happy with her baby girl. Samson again in Standard went looking for Mom, so Mom got to run him for her FIRST TIME ever to run in a trial.. They did GOOD even though it was like 104 outside. I think Mom will be running her boy from now on.. WAY TO GO NORRIS KIDZ!!!!!

I was there with Stormey no Q;s but FIGURED out my issues with the WEAVES , again MY ISSUE not her’s. So in our last run in JWW was the MOST AMAZING run EVER, and NO WEAVE issues. Had Mom set her BACK from the first jump we would not have dropped it and would have a Q. She was running about 7-8 sec under time.. Smoking in the HEAT let’s say……….. I am so very proud of her and she is a HOOT to run…

Sunday also was the SVWC First Aide Class and I know Sandy and Daisy where there. I am sure they had fun as it was a swim party after….

Hi All,

First of all HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all the Dad's out there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow we had another AMAZING WEEKEND with all the Rockville Kidz!!!!!!!

Let's start up North, with Audi and the Harris's. Audi was certified for his TD!!!!!!!!!! That means he can now test for his TD Title. The pre certification is the same as an actual test. So he is READY. That is an amazing accomplishment for such a young boy. We are very proud of him, and know he will have no problems getting that TD title in the near future..... Way to go Audi!!!!!! We soon will be seeing a TD after his name..

We had a bunch of kidz up at Gridley showing this weekend.

Sandy and Daisy where there on Thur and Fri in Rally.

Thur Daisy earned her 2nd leg in Rally Novice towards her title
Fri - Miss Daisy earned her FINAL LEG and did it in style with a score of 86 and FIRST PLACE!!! Way to go Daisy and Sandy.. She is now:

All of the KIDZ showed WONDERFUL, thanks to Kris... She is amazing with the babies....and then the BIG kidz like Lily just LOVE HER.....

I know Edge was back in Ohio running in Agility Matches and doing WONDERFUL... Then I received some AMAZING reports about Luna and Jacqueline in Agility. Her instructor called to let me know that she was the TOP DOG in her Agility Class... Way to go Jacqueline and Luna.. We know they will be running agility once Luna is old enough....

Get WEll Wishes to Bill Bray as he just had knee surgery, and recoving very well.... GET WELL SOON..... so you can come run agility with us...

It was another busy weekend for Rockville Kidz...

Attached is a Birth Announcement for Paris's litter. They are soooo cute.. They are all healthy and such good babies, and Paris is a WONDERFUL Mom....

Edge was back in Ohio at his FIRST AKC agility trial. He will be 2 in Sept, so he is doing AMAZING.

Sunday, Gill and I went to Middletown to a Agility Match with Stormey and Lily. The mother / Daughter duo.. OH BOY did we have FUN... Stormey won one of the Full House Classes, which was a SURPISE as we where there just to practice. Gill ran her girl for the first time EVER. Lily is Edge's littermate, so it must be in the genes. Lily did AMAZING and Gill was super for her first time running... It was a BLAST and Lily is already entered later this month at a trial in Dixon....

A big HAPPY SIX MONTH B-Day to the Aubrey/Logan Litter... They are NOW big kidz and can enter in AKC Events....

WOW, it was a LONG day and that is why I SHOULD wait until writing the BRAGS..

I DID NOT MEAN to miss anyone and I did.. SORRY....

Kathleen and Bill Bray where there and Bill was our timer and did a AMAZING JOB and Kathleen ran the two kidz and did super.
Perle had two amazing runs and after her recent operation she looked and ran super. Perle does not like to run in the heat like many weims and it was HOT there. Perle also had a little problem as her Dad was sitting there, and she was not understanding WHY Dad was not running her...What a Daddy's Girl...

Gus also got a third in 20" Fullhouse, and like me Kathleen was surprised, that is also a nice surprise.. So TWO weims did super at the match.

Leia on Tues night GRADUATED from her Nose Work Class. We are very proud of our little girl. She was top in the class, GO LEIA. So Leia and Bruce are now enrolled in Nose Work II class and soon they will be competing...

Sorry everyone, must learn to wait until I am not so tired to remember everything the kidz are doing...

Hope you all had a wonderful Memorial weekend.. Bruce was off 2 weeks and I off 1 week and we had FUN. We did not go anywhere but it was fun to stay home....

BIGGEST BRAG for the week Remmy/Paris Puppies arrived on 052510 3 boys and 3 girls. All are doing WONDERFUL. Dad Matt and Tyler delivered the first one, a bit tense for awhile but they did a SUPER JOB. Matt has now decided that that boy must stay with his family, and he is called THUNDER.... Miss Paris is proving to be an AMAZING Mother.............

Sorry, missed the brag from last weekend and we had Samantha Lily and Ollie showing in Vallejo. Sam was the BIG winner for the weekend going First then Winners Bitch Best of Winners for her LAST MAJOR she is now:

Wanted this to be a SPEICAL BRAG for Tyler and Ava. Tyler ran Ava on the 23rd of May for HIS last and FINAL leg towards his JH TITLE for Junior Handling. All of us are SOOO VERY PROUD of him. He also got some AMAZING SCORES like 9's and 8's oh yea. He was GOOD..

Let’s start with Trudy she is the FIRST Logan/Aubrey puppy to earn her AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy award from AKC. Way to go Trudy… Sharlyn and Trudy have been showing them how Agility is done… She completed a puppy obed/agility class with FLYING COLORS. Way to go Trudy…….


Also last weekend Gill Jason and I did a Tracking Seminar in Hayward. It was the most AMAZING SEMINAR on tracking. Gill brought Lily and she was a STAR. She showed everyone how well a Weim can Track, and this was VST (Variable Service Tracking). Can’t wait to start Aubrey and Chief on VST with all the new stuff we learned.

Luna – 2nd place and again, mom Jacqueline handled her and did a SUPER JOB, way to go Luna and Jacqueline.

The pups also got to try Rally and Obed and rumors had it that were pretty AMAZING.. Way to go to all the baby pups….

Kris also took Samantha in the CGC and passed with flying colors….. you go Sam…..
Gunner was also there and he passed CGC also with Flying colors… way to go GUNNER!!!

Perry and Daisy pups from the second litter turned 1 on Sat. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Hanna and Jeff showed up representing Paws for Healing Dog and helped in the CGC RING, Hanna was showing everyone how well she likes being a Pet Therapy Dog… Hanna and Jeff will be adding Kaiser Hospital to their places to go as well as to the Library and also they are Delta Dogs. Hanna and Jeff are BUSY partners…

All in all was a very BUSY but FUN weekend…

Hi All,

Well another BUSY - WONDERFUL weekend for the Rockville Kidz...

Sat we took the baby pups and True to a Match in Sac for Conformation/Obed/CGC. Stella and Ty tried the CGC, even though not old enough yet, but gave it a try. Found area's we need to work, but all in all they were SUPER. Nicole even tried Nov A Obed, BRAVE GIRL, never did that before but she TRIED, Way to go Nicole and Ty. Monty, Stella , Ty and True all were in the conformation classes. It was not the TYPICAL method of Judging, but they all got three times in the RING and Monty was the LEADER of the WHOLE PUP Match right up to the end. Way to go Monty and Linda. Linda showed herself and did a SUPER JOB. Nicole also tried one class of conformation, then handed Ty back to Kris.. But she TIRED.. Stella did a SUPER job also. True was super and HAPPY to be out with Kris. Very proud of all the baby dogs....

Sunday Kris and I took True Ollie and Alice to the Holister Dog Show. WOW was that a good day for our WEIMS.. We have an OFFICIAL NEW CHAMPION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CH ROKVILS YANKEE GIRL JH RN NSD CGC "TRUE" - We are soooooo HAPPY for Jen and Todd, we thought she finished last year but missed a point, then with busy schedules we finally got her out and she is OFFICIAL... True showed BEAUTIFUL and we are soo happy. With this CH Mom Amber now earned her B.R.O.M. So she is now:

Rockville Brags from the weekend of 041710 – 041810!!!

Another SUPER weekend for Rockville Dogs.

Let’s start Fri with Stormey at the USDAA Trial in Dixon, no Q’s but she ran WILD. And Mom figured out WHAT she was doing wrong at the start line, thanks to a fellow classmate, a MAJOR BREAK THRU….

Sat – Stormey went to a Fun Match and we ran 5 PERFECT COURSES and held our START LINE all 5 runs.. We are sooo happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At the Sacramento Dog Show Lily took Winners Bitch for another point. Way to go Lily. She showed first time towards her CD. No leg, but she was GOOD. She thought when Mom says STAY, you STAY, and I will NOT COME if you call me. NO WAY, you said STAY… get the picture. But, that is O.K. for our first time…..
Sara and Ace where there and took Reserve Winners Dog

Casper was also there and he got his first leg towards his RAE TITLE. And he got a 3rd in Excellent B and 4thin the Advanced B. WAY to go Casper, just 9 more… you go boy…

Sun at Sacramento Lily was Winners Bitch and Best of Winners for ANOTHER point. We are down to just needing two minor points and one major for that CH. Way to go Lily and Kris!!! She is on a roll.
Sara and Ace were Winners Dog and a POINT, way to go Ace..

Novice B class for Lily was GOOD, she did her RECALL and her first LEG. YEA YEA YEA. Way to go Lily what a SUPER weekend she had.
Remember the Cancer Walk this Sat and then the Conformation Match at Vallejo for the puppies.

Sat Hunt Test at Hastings

Bruce took Chief out to a Hunt Test trying for his last Leg towards his JH Title. Well, he did it in STYLE!!!!!!!! All 8’s and 9’s for scores, he found 3 chuckers 2 pheasants and held steady to shot on all THREE.. WAY TO GO CHIEFY and DAD!!!!!!!!!!! He is now:

Saturday we had our Bird Training Day at BlueRidge Kennels. BOY that was FUN.. We had an AMAZING turn out and everyone had a BLAST. Baby dogs were just AMAZING, got to see some kidz we had not seen in awhile, that was FUN, and then some seasoned dogs work. Kacey showed them how it was one in Master, so WATCH OUT, Kacey and Jay are READY… Arlene took two of her more seasoned girls out and that was fun to watch them work. Bruce took Stormey out and she was ON, she is ready also to go run Master Level. All in all a SUPER DAY……

Sunday Matt and Buster were at Hasting’s running a Master Class, and hear it was a FANTASTIC RUN. Some handler error, but hey, we all have to learn. Rumor has it Buster is doing some amazing work. Samson will be coming out soon in Senior also… so watch out….

Stormey and I went to a Agility Trial in Sacramento and had some AMAZING runs and some CRAZY RUNS. She qualified in two runs CLEAN RUN 0 FAULTS and First place and 18 sec UNDER the time. YES, she was smoking. It was cold, windy and Rainy, perfect for the Storm Bucket to run in.. (hehehe Sarah will be bad about now, hahahah).. She had two runs she got ahead of me, and well, she left me standing going, what just happened as she zoomed around the course. One of these days, her and I will pull it together. If I could handle better, this girl would be going places…. ONE DAY!!!!!

We were Happy to have a visit by Justin and Sharylnn from Arizona with Norton and Trudy. It was not an expected trip but it worked out that we got to spend all day Sat with them and see the kidz. We missed seeing Ashley Amber and June, but NEXT time.

Well ANOTHER AMAZING weekend for our Rockville Kidz!!!!!!!!

First let’s get the Brag in for Bray’s Kidz from the Agility Trial last weekend.

Bill and Perle had 4 out of 7 qualifying runs and two were CELAN RUNS in STANDARD!!!! Then Mom got to run in her Jumpers Level 4 with a CLEAN RUN!! Sounds like Perle had a SUPER CLEAN RUN WEEKEND!!!

Gus and Kathleen had 3 qualifying runs in levels 4 & 5. Way to go. And yes, THEY ALL GOT ICE CREAM ON THE WAY HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Thru we had True and Leia there.

Daisy Mae and her Mom were entered in Nov A Rally and earned their FIRST LEG towards their RN. YEA Sandy and Daisy..

Chucker Hunt – Fri

So another group headed off in the other direction on Fri to a Chucker Hunt put on by Blue Ridge Kennel. BOY, did we have FUN. Matt and Ava, Sandy and Daisy and Bruce and I with Stormy, Aubrey, Leia, Chief and yes AMBER. We had LOTS of FUN, DOGS had a BLAST, had a WONDERFUL Tri Tip Lunch was a WONDERFUL DAY…

Vallejo Dog Show – Sat

Back to Vallejo on Sat where Lily took first Kacey was first and Reserve and Ollie joined us, and he went 1st and Reserve Winners Dog.

Paws Graduate

While we were busy at the Dog Show, Jeff and Hannah GRADUATED from the Paws For Healing course and she is now CERTIFIED as a Pet Therapy Dog as well as an R.E.A.D. Dog. We are SOOO PROUD of you both. WOW we had a SUPER WEEKEND and one of the Junior Handlers has a NEW TITLE on his Weim. That would be Tyler Bidou and “AVA” Tyler did it 4 fo4 for his JH Title on Miss Ava. And WOW the scores he got were AMAZING. WAY to go Tyler and Ava, she is now:

Chief and Dad earned their 3 rd leg towards Chief’s JH on Sat. He had some super scores and WOW he held steady to flush.. YEA CHIEFY….. His Dad was proud of him.

Kathleen and Bill were at the CPE Trial in Santa Rosa and no results yet from them… But, know they must have DONE WELL…………..

Lily and Gill went to a Match in Hayward, and rumor has it Miss Lily did AMAZING in her Rally Excellent goes. Way to go Lily….

Sunday also was a FUN TRAINING Day for Luna and Monty. We missed Stella and Ty. We had fun working on tracking, agility and Kris worked them on conformation. BOY, these pups are doing SUPER!!!!! ALMOST time to come out. I know all the owners or more then READY….

WOW what a WEEKEND we had. We had kidz all OVER doing STUFF…

Let’s start with our new Title Holder. That is “Lily” she is now

Lily with Mom Gill earned her last leg for her RA Title on Sat at the San Jose Dog Show. She had a SUPER SCORE of 94.. Way to GO LILY and GILL….

Then her littermate Edge who is back in Ohio at a Rally Trial and he earned his first leg towards his RA with a 2nd place and a score of 98. Way to go Melissa and Edge (photo attached)

And yet another littermate Hanna was at Paws for Healing Training, and they were STARS. Hanna and Jeff have been doing SOOO MUCH with the Therapy dog programs, between Delta Society and Paws for Healing. I attached a email from Jeff, which explains the programs better and photos of Hanna.. WAY TO GO YOU TWO….

On Sat, Bruce took Mom Stormy and Miss Daisy joined them with her Mom Sandy to go to Grizzly for a Hunt Test Practice Day. Was a GREAT TURN OUT and they had LOTS of FUN and SUPER TRAINING for both girls.

Also on Sat we had our first Obed Class training for our new babies from Logan X Aubrey. We had Cessie from Skys the Limit come give them a class, and they had SOOO much fun. We went on a hike then worked a bird, worked on retrieving and stacking. All pups got their nails done, then they ALL FELL ASLEEP. YEA we did it. We got them tired.

On Sunday, we went to the Dog Show in San Jose, and Kris showed Ollie and Lily. Both showed SUPER and both were Reserve Winners Dog and Reserve Winners Bitch..

HANNA and JEFF!!!!!!

Bruce and DebHannah “turned it on” yesterday! Although it was a long day, the evaluation and class was fantastic. Hannah was simply a natural and had smiles for the entire day---what a good sport! She was given “13 Hands-Up” from evaluation volunteer Cindy...whatever that “13”... means. Norm Stangler the Fairfield (and PAWS) lead canine evaluator said Hannah is a most prized Weime and perfect for ANYTHING—she has a superior nose and is as obedient as they come. He asked jokingly if he could borrow Hannah for tracking or hunting...He was impressed. Geez, what about me?? :))

Then, at 3pm and after class, we met Yvonne (our PAWS mentor) over at the Novato Library (2 miles from my home) and we spent 1.5 hours with the Librarian. Everyone was sooo impressed and we are to be the very first Team to be signed up in Marin to perform Reading programs at a library...cool. This is all on top of our hospital and convalescent trips that will begin next week with SHARE...

Even the vet on Friday (the mandatory vet check for PAWS) was super impressed and startled by how beautiful and striking Hannah looks, from her frame and structure to her beautiful coat, easy going disposition and radiant smile...and that the vet was so impressed with us both passing SHARE and going through PAWS...she decided to give us the vet check/physical for no cost!

Hannah lost her weight from 6 months ago...she is a strident 61 pounds and gets tons of exercise and good, healthy eats (Call of the Wild) is still her staple food (no wet). She feels good, loves what she is involved in and we can do even more. Perhaps another “leg” is on the offing. We really enjoyed that outing with you and Bruce, et al. Just need to squeeze everything in...

WOW what a SUPER WEEKEND it was for the Rockville Kidz at the Hunt Tests. SFBWC had an AMAZING Hunt Test at Grizzly Island. Lots of our new puppy owners and new members came out and joined us. Kudos to Matt and Gill for putting on an AMAZING EVENT, and more people came up and said it was the BEST EVER Hunt Test and ran soooo smooth, and just FUN. Thanks to Jay for bringing all the hand made sandwiches on Sat.

Now onto the BRAGS….

Let’s start in Senior – Kacey and Jay earned a leg EACH DAY for Senior, with SUPER SCORES. Jay and Kacey have been working real hard and it all PAID off.. SUPER JOB BOTH of you…. We are very proud of this team.

Samson ran both days and did an amazing job, just took a few steps, but enough to not pass. Way to go Sammie.

Buster and Paris both ran both days in Master and did SUPER, but Master you have to be PERFECT…. So one little think wrong you are OUT.. But just to be out there is something. Way to go you two..

Juniors - Sat

Chief and Bruce DID IT, Chief earned his second leg and did it in style, scores of 10’s and 9’s. YEA CHIEF. His brain was with him Sat.. YEA….

Daisy – She ran for FUN, as she already has her title, but, WOW, is all we can say. Scores of 10’s and 9’s, way to go Sandy and Daisy…

Cabella came in to join us and YES, she earned her first leg with SUPER SCORES. She made her Dad and Mom very PROUD… Way to go Cabella. Dennis also ran his other two weims Zoic and Nemic and passed with them also. WOW, 3 weims and 3 passes.. WAY TO GO. Dennis is looking for the next Hunt Tests.. Way to go Team Cemo!!!!!

Daisy, well YES, Daisy, her 7th run in Junior and yet ANOTHER PASS with 10’s and 9’s and even an HONOR out in the Junior Field. She is ready to go to Senior, no doubt about that. Just to get her to return the BIRD and we are good…..

OUR BIG WIN of the weekend was TYLER AND AVA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tyler ran Ava in Junior and NOT ONLY passed Ava for her second leg in Juniors but also got a Junior Handling Score to go towards his title in the Hunt Tests. Tyler had to enter the bird field WITHOUT his Dad, and showed them ALL how it was to be done. He and Ava did an AMAZING JOB.. WATCH OUT, Tyler will be entering ALL the time and giving Dad Matt a run for his money. Way to go Tyler and Ava.

Rockville now has TWO Junior Handlers Tyler and Heze Hill (new owners of Ty from our Logan X Aubrey litter) both will be in Hunt Tests and Conformation.... Both are OFFICIAL with AKC with their Junior Numbers.

We were happy to see 4 of the Logan X Aubrey pups there, and they got to play in the back of the horse trailer, and BOY did they have FUN. They were TIRED pups when then went home….

What an AMAZING weekend and what fun we had…

Hi All,

Hope all is going well with you all. We have been BUSY WITH BABIES, but we still have kidz out there competing.

Let’s start with Edge back in Ohio. He showed his Mom he is READY to do MORE. Mom entered him in Level 1 at an APDT Trial (rally) and decided to try Level 2 (similar to AKC Advanced). Well he showed them ALL, he walked away with a 1st and a second in Level 2 and also Level 1. So 4 Q’s – 2 in Level 1 and 2 in Level 2. WAY TO EDGE. Attached is a picture of him with ribbons and TOYS, and those BIG EARS…

Brays were busy running Agility with their two at the AKC Border Terrier Agility Trial in Santa Rosa. WOW, did they clean up. Perle completed her Novice Fast Pref and Novice Jumpers Pref with CLEAN RUNS and 2nd place in both classes for her two Novice Titles. YEA YEA YEA, She also received a qualifying score of 94 and 2nd place in Open Agility Pref. WOW THIS IS AMAZING…. She is now:

I know we have lots of kidz training,. We have kidz out at Hastings training for Hunt Tests on the SFBWC Training days. Kacey is doing some AMAZING STUFF working towards her Senior Hunt Title, and Dad Jay is really enjoying himself. We have Hanna and Jeff training for R.E.A.D. Delta and Paws for Healing Training Classes. Chief , Aubrey and Sam are getting ready for Obed and Stormey is squeaking at me to RUN AGILITY…. Daisy is also taking Obed and Rally classes,and ready to start back in the Field Stuff. I know Gill is doing it ALL with her two kidz., hunting, rally, obed, tracking and agility. Matt is out in the Field with his. Bruce is TRYING to get out with ours to the field, but the babies have kept us home bound. Dennis reports that Cabella has been hunting up a storm and plans on joining us at the Hunt Test in Feb. Happy Training to you all……….and have FUN doing it….

Hard to believe that Aubrey/Logan’s babies will be going home in a couple of weeks. They are just SOOOO CUTE, attached is the latest photo we have of the group. They are VERY VERY cute puppies…. and going home to some WONDERFUL HOMES.

Hi All,

Been kind of busy at our house, so I do apologize this for being so late. Besides the babies growing and starting their baby training, we have had older kidz out competing.

Kacey went to the San Mateo Dog Show a week after Xmas .She went Winners Bitch and BEST OF WINNER, for another point. Way to go Kacey….. she is 1 point short of minoring out.. We are so proud of you, as we all know that Jay and Mary are very proud of her… Almost there for the CH… YEA…

Kris was at the same show with Samantha and she also WON, Winners Bitch and Best of Winners and she did Minor out. One more Major for the CH… Kris and Chris are very happy with their baby girl.

Ollie, their puppy went Reserve both days but showed very good since it was his first inside show…

Jeff and Hannah report in that they are in the beginning stages of the SHARE class (local Delta like program). Keep wanting to hear more on how this team is doing.

Sorry for the delay in getting this out, but Mom has been very sick and not doing very well. Hope this finds you all well and all the KIDZ doing super.

I am going to start off with some GOOD news, that Aubrey is Pregnant and due the 3rd of Dec. She was ultra sounded as having 8 babies. She is doing wonderful!!!!!

2 weeks ago Edge went to an APDT (Assoc of Pet Dog Trainers) Rally trial and he qualified 4 for 4 and earned his RL1 title for Saturday and then 2 legs towards his RL1X title on Sunday. So he is now:

On Friday Bruce took three of ours on our 2 month schedule to donate blood at UCD. Roger and Leia were awarded a silver Medallion’s for 5 blood donations. Aubrey can’t donate anymore due to being breed so we started Chief and this was his first time.
Stormey is also assisting Davis with a study on blood pressure and kidney stones. She thinks it is FUN, she got COOKIES!!!!
Then on this last Sat we had kidz all over.

Kacey – 3rd in Open Bitch
Ava was shown as a Special; I had FUN as well as HER…
Edge was at his first Hunt Test and he earned his first leg YEA YEA YEA YEA, he found 3 birds and asked to collar up.. Way to go….

Gus – He earned 4 Q’s out of a total of 8 for the weekend
WAY TO GO YOU GUYS… You are having some AMAZING RUNS…
Stormey ran 4 runs and Q’d in two. I was pleased with her….

It is also BIRTHDAY DAY TODAY 111109 for the Amber/Hunter Litter – Samson, Norton, Casper, Kacey, Triton and True…. HAPPY 3RD BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Edge had a VERY VERY busy weekend!!
 
Sat – He did what he loves and earned his 2nd leg toward his JH and he had FUN doing it.  Mom learned a lesson this day to TRUST HER DOG….
Sun – Back to the NO FUN STUFF and show and he did not get any points.  Can’t win them all….
 
Sammie went to his FIRST EVER agility trial and was a GOOD BOY.  He did not get any Q’S but had fun and reports are that he did VERY VERY VERY good.  According to Mom Gill he has that little Movie Star Gene from Uncle Roger and was like OH can pose for you if you want to take my picture, but unlike Uncle Roger he went back to running and finished the course….got to love these guys.
 
Matt Tyler and Buster went to a Pheasant Hunt and were STARS from the reports we got back.  They were in and out of the filed so fast with there two birds that people were like WHAT??  Attached is a photo.
 
Bray’s were also at the Agility Trial on Sat and Sun and WOW did they do good!
 
Gus on Sat earned 3 Qualifying Scores 1st place and a CLEAN RUN in Novice Agility Standard Preferred, 3rd place and ANOTHER CLEARN run in Novice Jumpers w/ Weaves Preferred and his NJP TITLE and a 1st place in Novice FAST Preferred for his NFP TITLE..  WOW…WAY TO GO…
Then on Sun, Gus earned 2 qualifying scores 2nd place in Novice Agility Standard Preferred for his NAP THIRD TITLE FOR THE WEEKEND.  Then he went on to his first leg in OPEN jumpers/weaves Pref and Qualified with a CLEANR RUN and 1st place!!!!!!!

A BIG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO the TREY/TORI litter they turned 6 years old on 11/18/09!!!!!!!!!  Hard to believe.  A picture is attached of this litter as BABIES.

Speaking of babies, we are waiting for Aubrey to deliver around 120309.  She is getting SOOO BIG…  attached a picture of her also…  She is doing WONDERFUL and loving the FOOD.
 
Roger had a Photo Shoot with someone from Dog World last Sat, thanks to Frank for the referral.  It was SOOOO much FUN…  He was LOVING IT.  She also included Amber and Stormey.  Roger was NOT HAPPY about having to share with his sister and niece, and would not MOVE after we released them until she did his own PERSONAL shoot.  What a HAM he is….
 
Also, Roger’s Video arrived “Shakespaws”.  It is sooo cool…….  If anyone is interested in ordering it you can at www.thedogfilm.com. Some of the shoots they got of him are just tooo funny……………….  The library where we do the R.E.A.D. program will be ordering it for the Children’s section.  The Video was made for children to understand Shakespeare better but also to play for your 4 legged kids while you are at work.
